4 Things To Do In Lancaster This August
Enjoy the last couple weeks of summer with these fun events happening around downtown Lancaster!
There is a lot happening in downtown Lancaster during August’s First Friday, but make sure you check out LSJ Studios on Queen! Located on the premier shopping block in downtown Lancaster at 323 N Queen St. in The Keppel Building, LSJ is an easy and convenient addition to your First Friday experience. Don’t miss new pieces on exhibit and a surprise special guest.
Spend an evening exploring Downtown Lancaster shops, sampling local food & drink, and supporting 2 great community nonprofit organizations: LEADS , whose beautification efforts make Lancaster a beautiful place to live, work and visit, and the Fulton Theatre’s education & outreach programming for children and adults. This month 10% of all sales during SIPS + BITS at Keppel’s own Sophie Stargazer Boutique will be donated to The Fulton Theater!
Take a walk downtown… around the world! Lancaster’s Taste the World Walking and Sampling Tour allows you to try cultural restaurants’ specialties, with a different theme every month. This fun, family-friendly event combines unique tastes from around the world in one meal. This month the theme is Mystery Meal.
